Since moving out Nova Scotia 4 years ago I have witnessed positive changes. I strongly recommend that the provincial and Federal government set a mandate to spread immigration to all parts of the province and ensure they do not settle into large cities and further densify cities. It is poor population planning to create large cities. New Brunswick is an excellent example of how to create major population hubs spread throughout the province. I would also like to see more European immigrant in rural Nova Scotia. It is badly needed and the opportunities are great. Nova Scotia can easily become the Japan of the Atlantic if we are willing to think in those terms which I am certainly willing.
