Like your article. Only one thing: Polypharmacy is a real problem but it also can be very dangerous to ‘stop’ all medications in some patients. One should seek a broader view on this topic so the public does not think that is the ‘way to go’. A more balanced approach is what is usually necessary.

As for the new year, and leadership down the road; need all our political advocates be ‘progressive’ and if so, how will we differentiate in our electoral choice?
