Unbelievable Bill, such clarity of thinking….and spot on as usual.
I believe we have a moral responsibility to take in immigrants. It is only because we won the genetic lottery that we were born in Canada.
However, there has to be a strategic plan behind immigration, and I do not see evidence that there is one.
