well I must say any person that is surprised by the gov’s about face on anything after an election is either less that 5 years old or completely oblivious to politicts. We are starting to hear newsbits of the long standing tradition that the new gov is about to tell us the old gov left us in worse shape than they had told us about….now there is a new one.
I was intrigued by the “monopoly review” issue in the run-up to the election. It seems to me that if the monopoly is NSP’s that’s one thing, while with Emera it may be another.
As for efficiency in N.S., wouldn’t it be a function of investment?
