  • You have to ask yourself with all our 7 universities and how many “business schools” as affiliates ,and all we subsidize them , why can’t we get something right . What do we really export that we make here ? Why are we subsidizing wind mills built in Spain when we have/had a wind mill plant here ? Oh we were smart , we stopped subsidizing the manufacturing of rail cars and container , didn’t we ?? Tourism is our cheapest export product in a sense but here we are caving in to the underground operations and then the URBER/Air B&B types of brokers that pay zero dollars to operate here while we are by default helping hundreds avoid paying any taxes to run their tourism businesses. Where is our plan ???

  • Well and truly said in as fair and impartial manner as possible in light of the egregious infrastructure expenditures our Province has deemed worthy at the expense of an efficient, sanitary, modern health facility.

    1) convention center
    2) library
    3) co-gen plant at Port Hawksbury
    4) 49% equity in a windmill plant–shades of Don Quoixte
