I’m surprised that Labour Ministry conciliations have not uncovered the obvious misrepresentation … . Perhaps a different representative could stay focused on what the teachers have stood for these last few years – classroom working conditions . Maybe that focus would fix what the great majority of us know is a broken system.
Does anyone know how many dollars the NSTU spent last year on anything for a school, a classroom or a student ??? Is the NSTU pension fund indexed ??? How many NSTU employees donate time to schools ?? Can the NSTU show us how well our students are performing in comparison to others ???
